Mr Jones places a strong emphasis on patient-centred care, advocating for treatments that prioritise both quality of life and longevity. He is highly skilled in advanced surgical techniques, including awake brain surgery, intra-operative imaging and visualisation and electrophysiological monitoring and mapping, ensuring precision and safety in complex neurosurgical procedures.

Mr Tev Aho is a distinguished consultant urologist who currently practises at 18 Devonshire Street. His main areas of expertise are HoLEP, Rezum, UroLift, Aquablation, benign prostate hyperplasia, benign prostate enlargement, haematuria (blood in the urine), PSA testing and circumcision. 

Throughout his career, Mr Aho has been incredibly consistent in relation to demonstrating a passion for urology and a commitment to staying at the forefront of the field. Impressively, Mr Aho has performed live laser prostate surgery (including the world’s first thulium laser enucleation of the prostate) to his peers on more than 30 occasions at conferences throughout the world and has published extensively on HoLEP in the urological literature.

Mr Richard Irving is a specialist in otology, neurotology and skull base surgery in Birmingham. He specialises in the conditions of the ear, hearing and balance in both adults and children. This includes cholesteatoma, cochlear and middle ear implants, facial paralysis, Ménière's disease, perforation of the eardrum, tinnitus and tumours of the skull base. He also has a particular interest in vertigo.

Mr Irving qualified from London University in 1985 and furthermore trained in London, Cambridge and San Francisco. During his training, he was awarded a fellowship to the Universitatspital in Zurich and to the Causse Ear Clinic in France. He was awarded the intercollegiate gold medal for best performance in the FRCS(ORL-HNS) examination in 1996.

Whilst training in Cambridge, Mr Irving undertook pioneering research into the molecular genetics of tumours of the inner ear, which led to the award of an MD in 1996. For this work, he was awarded the Royal Society of Medicine short papers prize in 1993 and the Xomed-Treace Prize in 1994. Mr Irving’s current research activity address the issues facing the hearing impaired, those with facial paralysis, balance disturbance and skull base tumours. He has received awards of over £2 million for deafness research into translational projects involving bringing technology into clinical practice.

He has published over 100 peer review articles on a variety of subjects related to ear diseases. Richard lectures regularly at national and international conferences. He assists with training overseas surgeons and works as advisor and external surgeon to teams in India, Bangladesh and Oman. Richard serves on the editorial board of a number of journals and has worked with NICE to develop guidelines to manage hearing loss in the UK. He is heavily involved in postgraduate teaching and training, runs a prestigious fellowship training course, and is a past President of the British Society of Otology and the current President of the Royal Society of Medicine Section of Otology.

Mr Kiran Varad is a highly respected consultant paediatric and general ENT surgeon who is based in London and Surrey.

He has expertise in paediatric ENT, General Adult ENT, Rhinology and Skin Cancer. He provides regional support for complex neonatal and paediatric ENT problems in Surrey. Mr Varad is an expert in all areas of General Adult ENT with particular interests in Rhinology, Sinus Surgery, Polypectomy and Excision and Reconstruction of Skin Cancers of the Head and Neck. He is a core member of the skin cancer multidisciplinary team at Ashford and St. Peter’s Hospital Hospitals. Currently, he is the clinical lead for Children’s ENT services across South London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex (South Thames Paediatric Network). In this role he hopes to improve quality and accessibility of children’s ENT care in the South East of England.

Mr Varad graduated from King’s College London, and went onto complete his surgical training in London and Surrey. He attained a Master of Surgery in ENT with distinction at Anglia Ruskin University in 2015 and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2020. He completed an advanced Paediatric ENT Fellowship at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children in 2021, gaining expertise in the management of all aspects of paediatric ENT. In 2021 he was appointed as a Consultant at Ashford and St. Peter’s Hospital and The Royal Surrey County Hospital. 

Additional to his extensive clinical experience, Mr Varad has a well-established background in research and is an author of more than twenty academic publications. He additionally acts as a reviewer for the Clinical Otolaryngology Journal and has presented his work at key conferences both nationally and internationally. Formerly, Mr Varad served as an honorary clinical lecturer and anatomy demonstrator at the University of London. Throughout his training period, the excellence of his work was recognised with several awards, including the Leslie Michael’s prize awarded for best oral presentation at the 142nd meeting of the Semon Club in 2011. He is a member of the British Association of Paediatric Otolaryngology.

Mr Gajjar is certified by the British Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (BSCCP) in colposcopy. He has interests in performing complex keyhole surgery in the management of gynaecological cancers, and as well as managing cervical HPV, he offers diagnostic services such as hysteroscopy for women with menstrual problems such as post-menopausal and peri-menopausal bleeding.

Mr Gajjar, who is the honorary secretary at the British Gynaecological Cancer Society and was also the society's IT and social media subgroup chair from 2020 to 2023, is a respected academic. He has a keen interest in cancer research, and underwent a research MD at the University of Lancaster. Here he worked on iospectroscopy methods as a novel diagnostic tool in cancer and pre-cancer diagnostics.

Mr Gajjar has also had his research published in various peer-reviewed journals, while he is a member of several various organisations including the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, the British Gynaecological Cancer Society and the British Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology. He is also a member of the International Gynaecological Cancer Society.

Professor Imam has accomplished many achievements throughout his career. He has designed orthopaedic instruments, designed and published different techniques, and authored two books. One of these books surrounding the theme of the use of stem cells in orthopaedics and another concerning shoulder arthroscopy. He regularly presents his research at various national and international meetings. Currently, Professor Imam, with an elite team of researchers, is investigating the use of artificial and machine intelligence in surgery.
